Refunds Policy

After the acception of paid services from the Proxyma company in proper quality, the funds spent on the purchase of services cannot be returned.

If the service was not provided in full or was provided in inadequate quality (the personal account balance was not replenished or the replenishment amount differs from the calculated amount when paying for the order), the customer has the right to refuse the service by contacting by e-mail and receive full compensation of its cost or a similar service.

The period for consideration of claims and refunds is 15 working days. The right to return the company remains under consideration by Proxyma
